About Us
What is all the "Squawking" about?
Our food trailer is more than just a place to grab lunch and dinner.
It is a place to try out new dishes with fresh ingredients, meet neighbors and
support locals who live here in Lake Tahoe.

Brimm's Catering
We are proud to say that Andy Brimm started making pies for the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival in 1996. In 2006 he created Brimm's Catering, food has not only become their livelihood but their passion. In fact, Andy always says, “We eat our way through our vacations!” They have since become the exclusive caterers for the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival at Sand Harbor.
